This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and MONTREAL CASINO JOURNAL MANAGER LTD for Montreal Casino Journal Manager.
1. License
Subject to this EULA and the App Store terms, MONTREAL CASINO JOURNAL MANAGER LTD grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, rent, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law or Apple’s rules. You may not use the App to provide real-money gambling services.
3. Ownership
MONTREAL CASINO JOURNAL MANAGER LTD retains all rights not expressly granted. Bundled text and media remain licensed content for in-app use.
4. Termination
This license ends if you breach it or delete the App. Provisions that should survive (ownership, disclaimers) will survive.
5. External services
Optional features such as opening online legal pages require a network connection and are subject to those pages’ terms.
