Privacy-first design
Montreal Casino Journal Manager is built to keep your journal on your device. We do not operate a user account system and we do not sell personal data.
1. Data we do not collect
We do not run analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or remote journals. Your entries, favorites, pins, photos you attach to entries, and preferences are stored locally on your iPhone.
2. Local storage
Journal content and settings remain under your control on-device. You may export or wipe data from Settings. Uninstalling the app removes local app data subject to iOS behavior.
3. Support messages
If you contact us by email or through Contact Support, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your email address, message text, and optional screenshot). We use that information only to respond to your request.
4. Camera and photos
Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to attach an image to a journal entry or a support message. We do not upload those images to our servers from the app automatically.
5. Legal pages online
Opening Privacy or Terms in the app loads pages from https://mcjournalmanager.com. That request is a normal web page load and does not include your journal contents.
6. Children
The app is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
